Whitney Mestelle
Director of Equity & Culture
Whitney Mestelle is a diversity, equity and inclusion leader with a focus on education and strategy. Before arriving at iMentor Whitney served as the Executive Director for Inclusive Idaho a non-profit organization she co-founded focused on advancing inclusion for historically excluded and minoritized groups in Idaho.
She is certified in DEI, gender and sexuality and anti-racism. Whitney brings with her knowledge and experience from previous work in high education admissions, development, and athletics.
Whitney was recently name to the Idaho Business Review’s accomplished under 40 list and enjoys serving her local community through board service and volunteering.
A former collegiate track and field athlete and NCAA All-American, Whitney has continued her passion for athletics by earning a USATF Level 1 certification and serving as a youth and high school track and field coach.
Whitney now resides in Brooklyn, NY, enjoys running, reading, a perfect chai latte, and adventuring with her husband.
