Jeanette Duffy (she/her) is a program and engagement expert bringing storytelling, human centered design, and a solutions-oriented approach to every effort. With a passion for innovation in pro-social spaces, Jeanette focuses on solutions that leverage technology to scale impact.

Jeanette joins iMentor from Dress for Success Worldwide where she was Chief Program Officer. She is the creator of the Dress for Success online community and mobile app, the organization’s free, global resource giving women+ access to networking and support wherever and whenever works for them.

Prior to Dress for Success Worldwide, Jeanette was Managing Director for UNICEF Ventures at UNICEF USA, where she developed and scaled new programs and products to accelerate social innovation and drive step change growth. Jeanette helped build and led the team behind UNICEF Kid Power, the world’s first streaming-for-good platform, one of TIME Magazine’s Best Inventions of 2016, and an honorable mention in Fast Company's 2019 World Changing Ideas.

Jeanette began her career in the NBC Page Program, the premier early-career development experience in media. Jeanette is a two-time Bearcat, with a BA in English Literature and History from Binghamton University and an MPA in Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship from Baruch College.
