NYC Mentor Orientation

Mentor orientation is the first step in becoming a mentor, whether you have mentored before or are a first-time volunteer. We regularly offer sessions at a variety of locations and times that are convenient for working professionals here in the city. Click RSVP to see all our upcoming sessions.

Like most mentoring programs, iMentor adheres to best-practices and safety standards to ensure that our students and volunteers are supported. That's why we offer mentor orientation: to train volunteers on working with teenagers in a strengths-based and outcomes-focused way.
