iMentor is pleased to welcome Madifing Kaba to the National Board of Directors. Madifing was most recently Managing Director and Global Head of Corporate Strategy at CAIS, a leading fintech platform specializing in alternative investments.

With over two decades of experience in the financial services sector, Madifing is recognized for his expertise in large-scale digital transformation, go-to-market strategies, and operations. Throughout his tenure at firms like BCG, JP Morgan Chase, and PwC, he has led pivotal, high-impact projects at the intersection of business and technology. He advised Fortune 500 companies across a broad spectrum of sectors, including banking, asset management, Fintech, and government sectors.
Madifing is an Expert-in-Residence at Carnegie Mellon University, where he supports the Masters program by guiding students and alumni toward professional growth and development. He also demonstrates his commitment to social justice, education, and the arts through his past leadership roles with The Opportunity Agenda, Forte Preparatory Academy, and Wide Eyed Production.
Madifing earned an M.B.A. and an MSc in Public Policy from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, in addition to a BSc in Finance from the University of Illinois. He resides in Montclair, NJ with his wife and daughter.
