Students choose three areas of interest and spend 15 minutes in a round table discussion with professionals and industry experts from each area of interest.

Mentees participate in an evening pair event hosted by a local corporate partner. Young people participate in a hands-on activity, hear from career representatives across various departments, and work with their mentor on career mapping.

Small groups of young people participate in industry-specific shadow days hosted by Next Gen Career Partners. This gives students direct experience in their career field of interest.

iMentor Chicago partners with Chicago Public High Schools to integrate programming and services throughout the school house. All juniors and seniors access iMentor's post-secondary resources to support their planning process.
