Sidney Wilson
Executive Director, Baltimore
Sidney is a servant leader passionate about mentorship and creating mutually beneficial relationships while exceeding goals. His professional background includes a unique blend of corporate and non-profit
leadership experience. After a progressive ten-year career, including multiple regional management roles with Enterprise Rent-A-Car, Sidney transitioned to the nonprofit sector, taking on senior leadership
roles in education and workforce development.
Before joining iMentor, he was the Executive Director of SBLC | Learning Works (formerly South Baltimore Learning Center), a leading Adult Education organization that provides adult literacy and career readiness programs in Baltimore City. Before taking on that role, Sidney led Strategic Partnerships
and the Career Placement department for NPower Maryland, a national non-profit that recruits, trains, and places young adults from marginalized communities into careers in the tech industry.
Sidney resides in Baltimore with his two daughters and their fearless Chihuahua. In his free time, he enjoys music production, turntablism, fitness, and traveling to his hometown (KC) to spend time with his
family and friends. Sidney is a proud graduate of Morgan State University, double majoring in Business Administration and Sociology.
Sidney has been a volunteer mentor with iMentor since 2020.
